Refund & Cancellation Policy – MRconnect

We appreciate your trust in MRconnect and aim to offer seamless service and platform support. To maintain transparency and fairness, please read the refund and cancellation terms carefully before proceeding with purchase or activation.


No Refund Policy (General)

MRconnect does not provide direct refunds once the service, subscription or system access has been activated.

All payments made are considered final and non-reversible, except in specific refund-eligible cases mentioned below.


Pre-Purchase Demo Clause (Important)

Before onboarding, we provide a complete live demo of our application, backend panel and workflow. Our team explains all features, usage and requirements clearly before payment.

Once you confirm and subscribe after demo, you are onboarded fully and no refund will be processed as access to our system is granted and cannot be reversed.

This strict policy exists for:

  • System security and account protection
  • Preventing misuse or unauthorized exploitation
  • Ensuring fair and transparent use of our services

Therefore, a refund is not applicable after onboarding is completed following demo confirmation.


Refund Eligibility (Exception Cases Only)

Refunds will only be considered in the following rare conditions:

  • If the service fails due to a technical fault from MRconnect's side
  • If service delivery is not completed or unnecessarily delayed from our end

In such cases, a user may request refund within 2 days (48 hours) of the payment.


Refund Request Procedure

To submit a refund request, kindly share:

  • Payment transaction ID
  • Registered mobile number / email ID
  • Valid proof of failure from MRconnect's side

Once verified and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.


Cancellation Policy

Orders or subscriptions once activated cannot be cancelled by the user.

Cancellation is only possible if the service has not yet started or access has not been granted.


Right to Refuse Refund

MRconnect reserves the absolute right to approve or reject refund requests based on internal assessment.

No refund shall be granted if:

  • The issue occurred due to user mistake, misuse, wrong data entry or unauthorized access
  • Refund request is raised after the 2-day claim period
  • No evidence of technical failure from our side is submitted
  • The user has already received onboarding and system access after demo confirmation
