At MRConnect (provided by Flixweb Technology), we prioritize the security and privacy of your data. This Data Protection Policy outlines how we handle, protect, and manage the information processed through our Reporting Software.

1. Data Ownership

All data uploaded, entered, or generated through the MRConnect Reporting Software remains the sole property of the Client. Flixweb Technology acts only as a service provider and does not claim any rights over your business data.

We strictly adhere to non-disclosure protocols. Flixweb Technology shall not share, sell, or distribute any of the following data to third parties:

• Doctor and Chemist Information
• Distributor and Hospital Records
• Sales Reports and Internal Analytics
• User Login Activity

4. Client Responsibilities

While we provide a secure environment, the Client is responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of account login credentials (usernames and passwords).
• Ensuring that access is only granted to authorized personnel.
• Flixweb Technology shall not be liable for data breaches resulting from unauthorized access on the client’s end.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Upon the termination of our service agreement, Flixweb Technology will:

• Return all client data in a standard format upon written request.
• Permanently delete client data from our active servers following the conclusion of the 30-day notice period.

6. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime, Flixweb Technology does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for losses caused by client-side misuse or unauthorized credential sharing.

7. Governing Law

This policy and the use of the MRConnect Reporting Software are governed by the laws of India.
