Tour Plan Management
MR Connect includes a complete tour planning system. Users can create date-wise schedules for visiting doctors. There are two options: submit the tour plan a day before each visit or submit the full monthly plan in advance. Daily plans are approved automatically, while monthly plans follow the approval process based on the reporting hierarchy. Once approved, representatives can work as per their schedule with clear guidance.
Deviation Tour
If a representative needs to change the plan, they can update the schedule with the correct deviation details. This ensures transparency and accurate reporting even when plans change.
