Geo Fencing
MR Connect uses geo-fencing technology to ensure accurate reporting. When a medical representative reports at a location for the first time, the system records the latitude and longitude. For future visits, reports are only accepted within a 30-meter radius of that location. This prevents reporting from random or incorrect places, keeping data reliable and secure.
Does geo-fencing work during reporting?
Absolutely. MRConnect uses accurate geo-fencing technology during reporting. By default, the system uses a 35-meter radius, and that range can be easily adjusted increased or decreased to meet your operational needs.
Can I disable geo-fencing?
Yes. You can disable geo-fencing for specific users or for all reporting activities. This option is available in the admin settings. Simply go to the geo-fencing section and toggle the feature off as needed.
What are the uses of geo-fencing in MRConnect?
Geo-fencing ensures that reporting is done from the actual location, not from random or incorrect places. This improves accuracy, reliability, and security of medical representative reporting.
