Tour Plan

MR Connect includes a complete tour planning system. Users can create date-wise schedules for visiting doctors. There are two options: submit the tour plan a day before each visit or submit the full monthly plan in advance. Daily plans are approved automatically, while monthly plans follow the approval process based on the reporting hierarchy. Once approved, representatives can work as per their schedule with clear guidance.

Deviation Tour

If a representative needs to change the plan, they can update the schedule with the correct deviation details. This ensures transparency and accurate reporting even when plans change.

Can I submit a full month tour plan?

Yes. You can create and submit a full month’s tour plan to your senior manager directly through MRConnect.

Do I need approval for my tour plan?

If your company policy requires monthly tour plan submission, then yes you need to submit your plan for approval.

If my plan changes, can I modify it?

Yes. MRConnect provides a “tour deviation” option. With a valid reason, you can modify your plan and even add a new doctor visit.

As a Medical Representative, can I add joint work with my Area Business Manager?

Yes. MRConnect is built on a proper hierarchy system. An Area Business Manager (ABM) can add joint work with an MR, and a Regional Business Manager (RBM) can assign joint work with an ABM.

Is there any limitation on adding doctors to the tour plan?

No. There is no restriction on the number of doctors you can add to your tour plan in MRConnect.
