Target vs Achievement
Tracking targets and achievements is essential for measuring the performance of medical representatives. In MR Connect, targets are assigned by the admin and can be easily viewed by representatives in their dashboard. Achievements are recorded through secondary sales entries in daily call reports, allowing representatives to track their progress in real time. This helps each MR stay focused on their goals, while management gains a clear view of overall performance across the team.
Can I set a reward if the Medical Representative achieves the target?
Yes, you can set targets in the admin panel and specify a reward if a Medical Representative achieves their target.
Can a Medical Representative see their own achievement in the app?
Yes. In the MRConnect app, a Medical Representative can view their own performance and track their current achievement status.
How do I set a target?
In MRConnect, use the left-hand navigation panel to find the Set Target option, or search for it in the menu. Select the Medical Representatives, add the items for which you want to set targets, and specify the quantity or amount for a specific month. All target and achievement data can be viewed in the Target Performance Report.
Can I set multiple items for a target?
Yes. You can set multiple items as targets, either on a unit basis or an amount basis.
What is the purpose of tracking targets vs achievements?
Without a target, nothing can be achieved. MRConnect allows you to set sales targets, and Medical Representatives can update sales data from distributors (secondary sales). Based on this data, the system calculates targets and achievements. This information is crucial for managing and running a successful pharmaceutical business.
